PAULA GAUDET, As a coach and licensed consultant of Harrison Assessments she has helped individuals including young adults better understand their strengths and potentials. Her unique ability to listen and keenly assess has been a key factor in her positive affect on these clients, facilitating the process of self-awareness in order to set and reach their goals and objectives. In addition she has spent the last 22 years performing as a business manager and accountant, providing these services for individuals, corporations, school boards, and non-profits. Paula has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge.

JANE FRANZ, Independent businesswoman who brought Harrison Assessments to the US from Australia in 1996. She knows that recognizing and developing employees and individuals leads to more productive and happier more balanced people. She is focusing her work on coaching and personal growth, including career planning and human potential counseling.
